Some Ideas For Your Organization:
 | Have your group or organization
gather a roundtable to discuss potential ideas to serve in the
community on Global Love Day |
| Present a discussion to your group
about the power of unconditional love |
| Include Global Love Day in your organization’s newsletters and ask
your friends, family and neighbors to do the same, examples:
nonprofits, associations, church/ temple/ synagogue newsletters, business, community
groups, Chamber of
Commerce, email newsletters etc… |
| Encourage young people to submit an entry to the Art,
Essay and Poetry Invitational |
| Bring the celebration of love into a hospital, a children’s ward,
orphanage, assisted living or retirement home, or boys
and girls club. Help them organize their own event or create an event
or activity for them, or invite them to join in another event that is
already going on |
|
Create
and distribute materials such as
Flyer or
announcements at your coffee houses, libraries, church, movie theaters,
business
lunches or other events like concerts, arts and crafts shows, home and car
shows, etc… |
| Create a link from your website to
www.thelovefoundation.com
and/or
post information on your own
web-pages announcing Global Love Day for May 1st |
| Ask members of your group to write the
President, Governor, Prime Minister and other leaders; Government Officials, Community Leaders, Religious
Leaders, Corporate Leaders, etc… asking them to observe Global Love Day
on May 1st |

Connect with other organizations such as: Chamber of
Commerce and their Mixer Events, Retirement Communities… Yacht and
Country Clubs, Homeowners Associations, Apartment Complexes, Civic
organizations, Singles
and Sports Groups like Golf and Tennis Clubs, Health Clubs, Class
Reunions, Non-Profit
organizations, Book Stores, Ethnic
Groups, Hospitals, Art Galleries or Museums |
| Have a picnic, breakfast, brunch/lunch, dinner in your local park,
garden, home etc… to celebrate and/or meditate on “love”
|
| Organize a Global Love Day celebration with your
association or organization in your local area
or join up with others who have already organized an event (example:
parades or concerts) |
| Organize other types of Global Love Day special events like
candlelight celebrations,
art gallery openings, musical or theater events based
on love, gratitude, compassion and forgiveness

| Create a lending
library of books on love |
| Nominate someone you know or admire as a
Love Ambassador. |
